What's your donkey?

One of my favorite bible stories is the one in Numbers 22:21-34. Ya know, the one where an Angel of the Lord with sword in hand stood in the path of Balaam on his donkey? The donkey would not pass because she saw the Angel, and eventually, laid down. Balaam was so mad, he beat her to get her to move. So the Lord opened the donkeys mouth....oh you'll just have to read the rest yourself!
What's my point? That the Lord uses all of his creation to speak to us, AND to save our lives.

³² The angel of the LORD asked him, "Why have you beaten your donkey these three times? I have come here to oppose you because your path is a reckless one before me. ^" ³³ The donkey saw me and turned away from me these three times. If she had not turned away, I would certainly have killed you by now, but I would have spared her."

When was the last time we looked up and realized how small we are?

When was the last time we thought how all of this is for us?

My God is bigger than all seven oceans...
and all the heavens.
